How do I sell my ticket? 🎟️

You can sell your tickets via the Ontapp Tickets app 📲 When you put your ticket up for sale, your Ad becomes visible in the secondary ticket market. This way other interested ticket buyers can buy their tickets in a safe way from you

👉 Here's how to do it;

Select the event 👀
Choose the ticket type you want to sell. The tickets are grouped by ticket type 🎟
If you have chosen the ticket type, you will see all the tickets you have of this type. Now click 'Sell' ✅
If it is your first sale you will be taken to Stripe onboarding, this information is required in order to pay you once you have made a sale. Please follow the prompts and fill in your details.
You can share your personal ticket on sale link with friends or online for a direct sale 👬👭

Canceling the sale
If you change your mind you can cancel the sale. Note that this is not possible when the ticket is in someone else's basket 🗑

Tickets sold, money back
Once the ticket is purchased by someone else, you should received moneys (minus any service charges) to your account within 10 business days.
